CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At FURIO98, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Cancellation, Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order changes, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policies listed below.

1. General Scope

This policy is applicable to all purchases made via our website. If you do not agree with any part of the terms listed here, we request that you kindly refrain from placing an order.

In extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen situations, we will consider cancellation and return requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

2. Cancellations by FURIO98

FURIO98 reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under situations including, but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock

  • Inaccuracies in product information or pricing

  • Suspicion of bulk or fraudulent orders

  • Delivery not serviceable to the given address

You will be informed if your order is cancelled, and a full refund will be issued if your payment has been processed.

Note: Promo codes used in a cancelled order will not be refunded or reinstated.

3. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order free of charge within 8 hours of placing it.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted unless under extreme cases (subject to our team’s review).

4. Bulk Orders & Special Cases

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be bulk or commercial in nature. Indicators include:

  • Multiple orders of the same item to one address

  • Large quantity of a single SKU

  • Suspicious payment or delivery details

Note: Promo codes used in bulk orders will not be refunded.

5. Return Policy

We have 7 day return policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Wrong item sent

  • Size mismatch or manufacturing defect (must be reported within 12 hours of delivery)

To request a return:

  1. Take an unboxing video showing the package clearly before opening.

  2. Email us at furio98racing@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Contact Number

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video as proof

Returns must be shipped within 24 hours and must include the original invoice, packaging, and any freebies.

Note: Products bought under sales, discounts or clearance offers are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Refund Policy

  • A full refund will be issued only if:

    • The product cannot be replaced

    • The product is out of stock
      All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in 7 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are subject to deductions if:

    • Paid via EMI/third-party finance (processing fees applicable)

    • Payment gateway charges (2.5%) for non-wallet refunds

      1. Order Processing

      • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

      • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

      • Once processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email along with a tracking ID.

      • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

      • Free Shipping on specified products.

      • COD (Cash on Delivery) may include a nominal service fee.
