RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

In the rare instance your product arrives damaged in transit or has missing parts, please reach out to us within 12 hours of delivery:

  • Your Order ID

  • Full Name & Contact Number

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the issue

⚠️ Important: Videos with edits, poor lighting, time lapses, or failing to show the issue clearly will not be considered for returns.

🚚 Return Process

  • Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be returned unused, in re-saleable condition, and with:

    • Original invoice

    • Packing labels

    • Any freebies/coupons provided

  • The item must be sent via a trackable shipping method.

    • Share the tracking receipt in the return request email.

Note: We are not responsible if the return shipment is lost in transit. Use reliable courier partners.

🔄 Inspection & Eligibility

  • Our Shipments & Dispatch Team will inspect the returned item.

  • If eligible, we will:

    • Replace the item at no extra cost, or

    • Initiate a full refund if a replacement is out of stock

📦 Shipping Charges & Exclusions

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable

  • No refunds or replacements for:

    • Clearance sale / Flash sale / Discounted items (unless defect is proven)

    • Orders reported after 12 hours of delivery

      ⚠️ Cancellations

      • Orders cancelled within 12 hours are Re-fundable

      • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
